That is the question at hand, what indeed do you know? Don't feel that starting at the start is bad, I often start with the beginnings of sites such as these because despite me "know it already", I often find new and useful things out from them.
Sounds like me half the time, if you're in this situation with no idea of how to even start creating your website I suggest the
Season 1 - Tools page. It will start with the very tools you need and work from there assuming as little as possible and teaching all it can. This section also explains some of the terms used and gives tips for getting the most possible out of this site.
You know what HTML looks like, you know how to make a tag and can even make a basic page telling people your name. It's possible that the above suggestion will be of use to you, but if it isn't, I would suggest
Season 1 - Linking which explains how to link multiple pages together and is then followed by pages about images and tables.
Well done on getting this far, it can be hard to persevere past the "boring stuff that doesn't look cool" but you're starting to get to the point when you can do some more interesting stuff. I would suggest
Season 2 - Comments. It is probably what you need, alternately some of the sessions just after the one linked to above might be of use.
Excellent work! You have a site all ready and you want to show it to everybody. For you, I think that
Season 2 - Going Online is just what you need, in fact, it's specifically designed for just such a situation. Following that, the site explains what you can do to further improve your pages and also some tips for writing your HTML.
